Butchering a Bear is similar to deer:
- Cut straight up to the chest below the neck
- Take the knife across the front legs, remember to
keep the knife in the long hair up to the paws - Split the pad if you are packing it out and cut the
knuckles out. - For the back legs, run the knife up along the long
hair to the pad.
