Grilled Pheasant Breast
Ingredients:
  • (4) pheasant breasts
  • Lemon Pepper seasoning
  • Pepper, Mexican or Hickory Smoked
    bacon
  • (1) Orange
  • Grill
  • Fresh bread & Spring salad
Preparation:
  1. Season the pheasant breasts with lemon
    pepper seasoning
  2. Wrap bacon slices tightly around each
    breast
  3. Slice orange into slices (1) per breast
    for decoration
  4. Grill until fork tender
  5. Place orange slice on each peasant
    breast
  6. Serve with a Spring salad & fresh bread!
