Ingredients:
  • (4) Pork Chops
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Grill
Preparation:
  1. Melt equal amounts of
    honey & butter
  2. Baste 1" pork chops with
    the Honey Butter while
    it's cooking on the grill.
  3. Keep leftover honey
    butter to dip pork chops
    at the table!
Ingredients:
  • (22) jalapenos
  • 8 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound of pork
Preparation:
  1. Slice jalapenos lengthwise & seed
  2. Fry sausage till pink is gone
  3. Mix softened cream cheese and
    Parmesan together
  4. Add sausage
  5. Stuff 1 tablespoon into each pepper
  6. Place into (2) un-greased baking dishes
  7. Bake at 425 degree's for 15- 20 minutes.
    *Goes great with "Ranch Dressing"
