2009 HUNT SWAP RULES
Please remember respect for one's property, the outdoors and verbal communication are critical
for a successful hunt swap!  This joint effort by all parties not only ensures access to private
land and possibly an added hunting spot for future hunting seasons. You will limit expenses to  
licenses, food and gas!
Hunters are responsible to prepare the following:
  1. Trail cam Setup - Track and review of footage to determine if it's a good spot.
  2. Scout areas for activity and  feeding patterns.
  3. Tree Stand Setup must be in (3) different locations.
  4. Spot check areas to ensure equipment  remains protected and for animal activity.  
  5. Drop off - Introduce Hunter to their area and setup.
  6. RESPECT the property as if it were your own.

UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE? We'll be happy to provide Outfitter endorsements.  HAPPY

The HUNTMDOWN™ Hunt Swap Program was inspired by a friend with a passion for hunting! The
Hunt Swap program offers fellow hunters a wonderful opportunity to swap hunts on private land or public
land. With this awesome opportunity you will minimize hunt costs, score some trophies, gain you a
new hunting spot and a lifetime friendships....NOW That's too COOL!  
    We have hunters looking to swap Turkey Hunts, Whitetail Deer Hunts, Brown/Black Bear hunts,
    HOG Hunts and Swamp HUNTS in:
  • Illinois, Michigan, Montana, Texas, Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Wisconsin, Vermont, New York

To participate on Team HUNTMDOWN™  hunters must agree to all HUNT SWAP rules and understand
that:
  • HUNTMDOWN™ is not responsible for disagreements or failed hunts. (You're all big boys &
    girls, play NICE!)
  • By no means can the coordinator hunt for you...  the hunt swap remains a joint effort between
    hunters.
  • Upon agreement a Hunt Swap Coordinator will coordinate initial communications and
    introductions between hunters.
