NBU Pants CAN NOT BE RETURNED - NO EXCEPTIONS!
All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of items. Returns are totally at our discretion and a 25% restocking fee will
be deducted. Items must be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags and in the original packaging material & box.
Items must be sent pre-paid freight - we will not accept COD return deliveries.Your purchase will be credited to your original
credit card. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that were shipped incorrectly. **If garments are returned in
less than new condition (soiled, torn or missing tags) the items will be shipped back to you - NO EXCEPTIONS.**
