All products that we sell are factory fresh merchandise, all first quality goods with manufacturer's labels and tags. We DO NOT sell
seconds or irregulars. We strive to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 days of the date we receive them. Credit card orders are not charged
until your order actually ships. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and shipped during business days
Monday through Friday, when UPS is operating.
Return Policy:
All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of items. Returns are totally at our discretion and a 25% restocking fee will be
deducted. Items must be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags and in the original packaging material & box. Items must be
sent pre-paid freight - we will not accept COD return deliveries.Your purchase will be credited to your original credit card. Shipping charge
is not refundable except on orders that were shipped incorrectly. **If garments are returned in less than new condition (soiled, torn
or missing tags) the items will be shipped back to you - NO EXCEPTIONS.**
