description package contents and the contact information supplied when the order was placed and
the Custom Duty office will contact you directly.

Lost Packages/Damage Claims

It is the Customer's responsibility to file a Damage Claims with their local post office. We are happy to assist you in filling out forms so that you are reimbursed for paid custom duty fees, shipping and handling fees paid to the government. We will immediately replace product that was damaged product during the packing process. However, if the box is dented, crushed or is leaking this resulted is Parcel Delivery service and you can assist us in your reimbursement, for your protection:
- Take photos of damaged product
- Obtain name of Damage Claim Form from your post office
- Send all e-mail correspondence to customer service

All orders are shipped 2-3 business days after the order has been submitted and shipped
during normal business hours, excluding HOLIDAYS (applies to orders submitted on Holiday
weekends.) Please consider this policy when placing your order and allow for delivery time. We do
not making any shipping guarantees at all. Once the package has been handed to the
shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with HUNTMDOWN™ we have no control
over a carrier’s actual delivery time. The available shipping methods are:

- USPS - United States Priority

Disclaimer: With the volume that any shipping carrier delivers on any given day throughout
the world, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the
time frame expected. Should a shipment issue occur, we are happy to file "Loss & Damage
Claims" with your local post office.
- If a delivery attempt has been made, the carrier will leave a notice, which the recipient
must follow. HUNTMDOWN™ will replace damaged product but will not refund or reship
any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
