It is the Customer's responsibility to file a Damage Claims with their local post office. We are happy to assist you in filling out forms so that you are reimbursed for paid custom duty fees, shipping and handling fees paid to the government. We will immediately replace product that was damaged product during the packing process. However, if the box is dented, crushed or is leaking this resulted is Parcel Delivery service and you can assist us in your reimbursement, for your protection:
- Take photos of damaged product
- Obtain name of Damage Claim Form from your post office
- Send all e-mail correspondence to customer service
