HUNTMDOWN Return Policy for Big Game Scents, Lures, Urines/Glands & Scent Attractants
Product must be returned (5) days from the date of purchase
and in the original packaging
- NO EXCEPTIONS will be
made. The Returns Department will examine product to
determine if product is a manufacturer defect, or if was
damaged, used, broken
, soiled as a result of misuse.
  • All returns must meet the (5) Day Return Policy
    before a credit is issued excluding shipping fees.
  • Returns that fail to meet this criteria are not eligible
    for a refund.  
  • Products that are returned to HUNTMDOWN
    damaged or altered serial number will be refused and
    returned to you.

Products that can not be return
  • Scents, Lures, Urines/Glands, Sale items and Game
    Calls are not eligible for return.
  • Soiled, torn or worn Apparel
  • Non-scent products may be returned for 7 days after
    the date of sale.

Return Terms & Conditions
  • Returns must be sent back in the original packaging
    and include the invoice or a copy of your invoice
  • The customer bears responsibility for return freight,
    shipping and taxes and this fee will be deducted. The
    only exception is if we sent the wrong product.  
  • $5.00 Restocking fee applies and will be deducted
    from your total order.

Refunds/Exchanges
  • Credits for product sent in our error are posted after
    the Returns Department has examined product for
    damage.
  • A RETURN Label will be generated accordingly and
    the appropriate credit will be issued to your credit
    card.
  • Online Bankers will see the credit within 2-3 business
    days and credits are reflected on the next billing cycle
  • HUNTMDOWN does not offer an exchange policy.

Return Policy
Replacements
  • HUNTMDOWN does not send
    replacements before we receive and
    inspect the returned merchandise. We
    will send a product replacement after the
    authorized return has completed our
    receiving/inspection process. The
    replacement will ship within 4 business
    days following our receipt of your return.
    Please allow additional processing time
    after Holidays.

Damaged Items
  • All Packages are inspected for damage
    before they ship from our warehouse. If
    your package has been damaged in transit,
    please contact us immediately. We must
    be informed of all shipping related claims
    within 3 business days after the date of
    receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns
    of damaged merchandise. An item that
    was discovered damaged upon receipt will
    be replaced with the same model only.
    HUNTMDOWN will not reimburse any
    return shipping cost.

Returns Process
  • We will not process the return if any of
    these conditions are not followed. Retuned
    merchandise that is lost or damaged during
    transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.
    It is important save the UPS tracking
    information and to properly insure that all
    merchandise is being returned to
    HUNTMDOWN.
