HUNTMDOWN Return Policy for Big Game Scents, Lures, Urines/Glands & Scent Attractants
Eligible product must be returned (5) days from the date of purchase and in the original packaging - NO
EXCEPTIONS will be made. The Returns Department will examine product to determine if product is a
manufacturer defect, or if was damaged, used, broken, soiled as a result of misuse. Returns that fail to meet
this criteria are not eligible for a refund.
  • Products that are returned to HUNTMDOWN damaged or altered serial number will be refused and returned to
    you.
  • Returns must be sent back in the original packaging and include the invoice or a copy of your invoice.
  • The customer bears responsibility for return freight, shipping and taxes and this fee will be deducted
    from the total order.
  • If the customer denies any brokerage, custom duty fees they will be CHARGED the amount that
    HUNTMDOWN incurs to begin the "Return Process (ex. Canada or International) and US Shipping
    Fees.
  • All returns must meet the (5) Day Return Policy before a credit is issued excluding shipping fees.

Non - Eligible Returns are:
  • Essential Oils, Lures, Urines/Glands, big game attractants, game calls or SALE ITEMS are not eligible for
    return.
  • Apparel that is (soiled, torn or worn)
  • Scent Elimination products may be returned for 7 days after the date of sale.
  • The only exception is if we sent the wrong product.

Canada & International Terms & Conditions
It is the Customer responsibility to pay custom duty, brokerage fees, shipping fees and if customer refuses to
pay these additional costs to accept the package. HUNTMDOWN
is contacted by the carrier to begin the
Returns Process (ex. Canada or International destinations) for a fee. This fee will be billed to the customer
credit card.
 This amount will vary depending on where UPS starts the Returns Process.
  • HUNTMDOWN will not reimburse any return shipping cost.
  • HUNTMDOWN  will not pay custom duty or brokerage fees.
Big Game Attractants, Lure
ingredients and essential
oils can not be returned.
Refunds/Exchanges
  • Credits for product sent in our error are posted after the Returns Department has examined
    product for damage.
  • A RETURN Label will be generated accordingly and the appropriate credit will be issued to your
    credit card.
  • Online Bankers will see the credit within 2-3 business days and credits are reflected on the next
    billing cycle
  • HUNTMDOWN does not offer an exchange policy.
Replacements
  • HUNTMDOWN will replace product only if the original product is received. The product will undergo the
    product inspection process. Once it is determined a manufacturer defect, replacement product will ship within
    4 business days. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays.

Damaged Items
    All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been
    damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within
    3 business days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An
    item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.

  • HUNTMDOWN will not reimburse any return shipping cost.

Returns Process
  • We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. Returned merchandise that is lost or
    damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the UPS tracking information
    and to properly insure that all merchandise is being returned to HUNTMDOWN.

Return Policy on Apparel:
All products that we sell are factory fresh merchandise, all first quality goods with manufacturer's labels
and tags. We DO NOT sell seconds or irregulars.
  • We strive to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 days of the date we receive them (apples to UPS
    shipments to US addresses, and only on business days Monday through Friday, when UPS is
    operating.)
  • Credit card orders are not charged until your order actually ships.
  • In case of out of stock situation, your order status will be notified by e-mail on the expected
    shipping time frame.

Returns are totally at our discretion. All returned items require a
"Return Authorization Number". To
obtain this number, call HUNTMDOWN™ (847-289-1106).
  • Items must be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags. If garments are returned in
    less than new condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted at our discretion.
  • Items must be boxed and sent pre-paid freight: We will not accept COD return deliveries. Your
    purchase will be credited to your original charge card.
  • Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly.
  • All returns must take place within 21 days of receipt of items.
